As technicians we all throw parts at machines from time to time. I have been in this business longer than this Phil fake guy has been alive. Phil is a wise guy who seems to think that is Rep rating has anything to do with copier service. He is rude, and he speaks to "newbies" like they are dogs and he has no business on this forum whatsoever and if he thinks he's going to get me banned he is sadly mistaken. we have told you that you have to replace the printhead.. i thought you had and questioned the replenish ink.

Replace printhead message after replacing printhead. Never even whent thru its adjust modes or ink fill mode. I see air in the lines. Is my purge unit clogged maybe? Customer just blew 500.00 on a new Canon PF-04 head
and called me in for help. Any advice is appreciated.
