Me. This code happened. E61-001. Adv c7260i. The copier was perfectly well tested. I travel to another city to install and I happen this code where the client. Already change primary crown 3 times and follow the error. Someone with an idea to help me.

Hello ,
My friend this error is one of the most various errors.
Since it was working properly then i suggest there is a loose connection on one of the pcbs.
Remove and connect back all the connections for :
-Primary Charging High-Voltage PCB (bk)
-Dc Controller interface PCB
-DC controller PCB.
then update me with the results , if didnt work we will go further with the error
