[Jamming] C 3725i jamming from tray 3 (ap1, 2 tray pedestal )

Having on going issues with intermittent jams from tray 3 ,I have changed tyres and swapped the paper feed units and this has not resolved this issue ,I am not familiar with these type of machines and would be now thinking about changing the vertical drive unit as this is where it seem to jam ,any helpful feedback appreciated.

Swap cassette 3 and cassette 4 with each other to see if issue moves. What is the jam code? What paper size and media type? Maybe switch paper sizes around?
