About Canon IRADV C5250 Hard Drive
I have a Canon C5255 machine. The old hard drive failed to boot the machine with error “E602-0001”
I tried to replace a new hard drive (WD 500GB), inserting a FAT32 flash drive with iAC5255 folder system files, but when formated the hard drive, it prompted
"[ERROR]. Cannot find format file
hdd format ... Error"
I had changed the smaller flash drive and hard drives, still same error.
What's the format file? Any one can help or send the format file?

Yes, got iAC5255 foler in flash drive, but no ***HDformat.ift. Is it short this file made the file error?

HDD Format. Do not cut power.
HDD Formatting(ALL)...Error

Maybe hdd not supported or your firmware is corrupted

Is it possible to modify the HDDDescriptor(Format File) to fit the format of new hard drive?
