[Error Code] Canon IR C9075 PRO - E000535-004/E000025-0402

These error codes comes up very often after a few prints. If you restart the machine you can get a few more.
A technician has gone through it and still hasn't helped. Strange that if the technician is present I get a full print for as many I need but once we shut down and he leaves and I try again the next day I get the same error code E000535-004 0r E000025-0402.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I checked out the link but it is for the IR 8285. Mine is a IR C9075. Mine is a colored machine and the one that they spoke about is a black and white.
      Thanks for your help.

Those a 2 totally separate codes that are not related to each other.

E025-0402 is a problem with the black toner hopper. It's a common failure on that model machine. The best way to fix it is to replace the black hopper.

E535-0004 is a problem in the finisher with the Swing guide. It's most likely the same issue as in the link ntbann posted above. The finishers are similar. This is what the c7065/c9075 manual says:

E535 -0004 - Title: Error in the swing guide motor (Finisher-A1)
        Description
        of detection:
The swing guide height detection sensor failed to be OFF
even though specified period of time has passed when
        raising the swing unit.
        Measures:
        1. The connector of the swing guide height detection
sensor (S118) or the swing guide motor (M110) are
        disconnected.
        2. The wiring of the swing guide height detection sensor
or the swing guide motor are faulty.
        3. The swing guide height detection sensor is faulty.
        4. The swing guide motor is faulty.
        5. The finisher controller PCB is faulty.

ReprovKev, thanks so much for your response. The technician did a complete pull down but eventually said it would need the hopper. Thanks for the confirmation. Is the hopper easily available? Would appreciate a part number for it.
Also thanks for the explanation on the other code. I will pass on the info.
          Much appreciated.

Hopper part number is FM4-6627. It probably has an -010 or -020 suffix at the end of the number for any updates.

No idea if it's still available. Usually parts are made available for 10 years. I'm sure it's older than that.
