6255 shortcut button at top of copy screen how to set up?

so i replaced a hard drive on an ir6255 adv canon , and previously it had a scan shortcut and a fax shortcut . after replacing the hd i cant seem to find a way to set up the shortcut buttons.

Log in , then on the home screen Click on the top gear icon , you will find it there
