    [Misc] Canon 4545 J1 finisher

    Problem is not from the machine took the J1 finisher put it on a different machine same problem. Only happens on single copies/prints and is random.

    Tried taking a educated guess.. replaced the paddel drive assembly fm1-p348-010

      When I read about these I found a lot of complaints about the paddles. Cuts and obstructions on the side interfere. When you identify one that has been beat up you can swap it with the one on the outside that doesnt normally touch the paper. Paddles are slipping or binding. I would think a filing down the sides of the plastic would help too.
      I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.
