This XLBP1861 color printer has Uniflow and was displaying a message that it was unable to connect.
Canon recommended updating firmware and doing an All Clear in service mode. There is no All Clear in service mode.
We did "initialize all data" instead and now we are unable to get into the remote UI. Started the setup guide but it wouldn't display the step where the UI is configured.
Went through the management settings and could not find a way to set the UI user and PIN. We can browse to the UI but log in fails. Is there a way to reset?
