I recently replaced the main controller because only the power light was on. Afterwards I was not able to remote in to the copier and got this message. I’m not sure if it was doing that beforehand or not but the RUI is turned on in user mode. I did a firmware update with no luck. Has anybody seen this? Am I missing something? The good RUI version is 10.12 Tia. Sorry about title. Should say remote user contents.
