Printing on a Blueback Paper with Canon IPF 8300s

    Hello everyone
we are trying to print on a Blueback Paper (120g, semi gloss) with our IPF 8300s Canon plotter.
But the dye is really wet and do not stay on paper.
Do you know the reason? should we may be change the paper type? we tried already HW SatinPhoto
    thx in advance

Colourbyte Europe Ltd - TM212 Blueback Semi Gloss Paper 120gsm

    You tell me:

The way I read this, Blueback TM212 is suitable for solvent based inks, but this provider ALSO sells semi-gloss media suitable for pigment based inks (like your iPF8300).

    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thx for your answer. we already tried with many different paper types but the result was the same.
maybe the best option is to buy proper paper for our printer and not to force it to print on any type of paper
