[Misc] IR6570 Faded copy on one side.

    Faded copy on one side.
Dear Friends, My copier started making faded copies on one side. I already changed filaments of primary charge, pre transfer, tranfer and separation assembly.
I even changed coronas and development unit from another copier and the problem persists.

Attached image thanking if someone could give me an idea of what the problem could be.

    Greetings,

Anytime I had that problem it was bad damp paper. Try a new ream of good paper. Lead edge does not separate properly causing a faded lead edge. Dampness is taken out by Fuser which is why 1 side is probably good.

      Greetings,
I have had similar problems, and it has been the toner of poor quality, I don't know if you use generic or original, in your case...
Sometimes with vacuuming the development unit I have solved

Thank you very much for your reply. I have another machine of the same model in exactly the same place and this one does not present any problem, so I do not think it is the paper.
I have already changed development units, transfer crowns, pre-transfer and separation and the problem continues.

I am using generic toner and in general it has been good for me. I have two machines working with the same toner and one is working perfectly fine.

The machine that is giving me the problem was working fine and suddenly it started with this problem.

I have changed the development unit from the machine that is working fine to the one that is working badly and the problem persists.

You can print grid-adj to check the print . It will print a test without using the laser. If the result is good then you will need to clean the kaser glasses.

If not and you have another machine at the same sight.
You can directly swap drums and test

I would check the laser for dirty mirrors.

Thank you all. I have found the pre-transfer crown cracked as well as a leak in the charging crown. Greetings to all and thank you very much for your answers.
