Hi,
I recently purchased a second hand Canon IPF8300s & i cannot get it to successfully load paper (Roll or Sheet),
when i load the media & line it up & pull down the lever it starts doing something the paper moves in/out & carriage scans left/right but then i get a message saying "Paper size Not Detected, Lift the release leaver & reload paper"
Also if i do the same procedure with the top cover open to see whats going on (jam cover sensor switch) there is zero light emitted from the Multi Sensor when the carriage moves left/right.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
