What work have you been doing to the device prior to this error? Trying to reset the main counter I suspect.

I see the service manual is not much help to say the least!

either someone plating around with the eco or counter boards or swapped a main controller with donor machine counter board still on it

Replace the Soft-ID Number PCB with a new service part only when E350 occurred.

to solve your problem, just replace your Main Controller PCB 1, the e350 will gone.
