Hello Dears,
We are doing HTTPS enforcement for our Canon printers which is installed through Uniflow.
Canon advised us, in order to make this work, we have to do it both sides, from the printer directly and from the Uniflow server:
However, right now HTTPS enforcement / TLS enabled, switched the port number of the printer from 8000 to 8443, and the printer is showing not activated.
Note:-
Thanks a lot in advance.
Regards,
Ahmed
We are doing HTTPS enforcement for our Canon printers which is installed through Uniflow.
Canon advised us, in order to make this work, we have to do it both sides, from the printer directly and from the Uniflow server:
- We enabled the option from Uniflow server: self-signed certificate allowed
- We enabled the option from the printer: under Settings/Storage > License/Other > Remote UI settings, check the box Use TLS
However, right now HTTPS enforcement / TLS enabled, switched the port number of the printer from 8000 to 8443, and the printer is showing not activated.
Note:-
- no more configurations were changed on the Unilfow server or the printer.Pinter screen.jpgUniflow.jpg
Thanks a lot in advance.
