    Canon dx-C257 customers macitosh displays Optical Photo Conductor Life Over

    I have a customer with a Mac computer. they get messages that say the "Optical Photo Conductor Life Over"
    The machine is Canon Imagerunner Advance DX C-257
    Anyone know how to turn this off?
