hi, I have a problem on iR 6570 machine with error 602-001. I want to replace the hard drive with a new one. i want to enter service mode with SST. can anyone help me how to do it?

Hello, you have to review the service manual, there are the instructions to follow, place a network cable crossed from the laptop (computer) to the copier, and place the ip address to the laptop that is indicated in the service manual.
then access the system installation mode with the key combination indicated in the service manual
