    Lanier lw 324 -help- waste toner bottle full

    I have a Lanier LW 324 wide format scanner/coppier. I have the message :WASTE TONER BOTTLE FULL i have thoroughly cleaned the toner cartrige area (vacuumed, wiped, etc) and this message remains.
    PLEASE, PLEASE advise as to how to get rid of this message.
    p.s.
    this machine doesn't even appear to HAVE a "waste toner bottle" -- none are available online for this model and there are absolutely no solutions

      The waste bottle needs emptied by a service tech, as the machine needs to be disassembled to remove it.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
