    Canon 6775i Multiple Errors

Hello, I have a 6775i that had a jam followed by an E840-0001 Fixing Shutter Motor Error and then an E005-0001 Fixing Cleaning Web Solenoid Error before I arrived onsite. Fuser was at 100% and the cleaning web flag arm tripped the sensor so I rebuilt fuser but after placing back into the copier - the error codes E005-0001 was still present even after an ERR Clr.

Removing the fuser and closing the door gives E004-0205 -Fixing Power Supply Error

Leaving the front door open, the error then changes to E554-8002 Safety Switch On Error for Finisher-AC1 (Front Cover Switch)
Removing the finisher entirely, the copier gives me no error codes until I close the front door - then the E005-0001 Fixing Cleaning Web error again.

I did not see any paper in the back-end connectors of the drawers and the pins doesn't seem out of sorts.

I'm leaning towards the Relay PCB being the issue but I going to take the fuser and try it in another copier tomorrow.

    Any other thoughts on this?

You need to reset the fixing web counters in service mode.

    1. Clear the Fixing Cleaning Web take-up counter.(COPIER > COUNTER > MISC > FIX-WEB)

    2. Clear the parts counter.(COPIER > COUNTER > DRBL-1 > FX-WEB)

      Re: Canon 6775i Multiple Errors

Thank you, first thought was I had forgotten but after clearing, the errors still persisted. The finisher front door error threw me for a bit -my co-worker thought it could have been the relay pcb but I didn't have a relay pcb one on hand and it would take awhile to get one....
I got it fixed -found a case with the exact same error codes with a 6500 - it was one of the 24VDC power supply PCBs

I replaced both the right and left pcbs from a parts 6500 and the issue went away.
They are the same part # in the manual BUT they look quite different so I had to triple check.
