[Misc] Canon IR C5550 close right hand door and front door error

Greetings everyone;

I have a canon ir c5550 machine that keeps saying close the right hand door and upper door when i close them it says close front door and so on... I couldn't find and solution to this issue so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That machine probably has 1 interlock switch for the front and side doors and one of the leaf springs may need to be bent back. The old C5030s and a few other models had that.

Thanks for your reply i did try the interlock switch and the upper right door sensor did a firmware update to the latest version to no vail... Now am leaning more towards electrical or board issue

Well went back two days ago to the customer and replacing the front door pcb and the power outlet and machine is running okay now
