Re: Canon Ir 4570 Paper jam is not reset
I have solved the problem now.
Anyway, the right side cover sensor system is always off. I opened the right side cover and there was no response. It just shows the ready position.
So I tried the ((PS18)) sensor which is the cover sensor and it is failing. I got a good censor from another place and tried to add it, but all the sensors I added were broken. It was very strange to me.
The DC controller board was rescheduled and tested. The censors have failed again. So I removed all the covers and looked and found three sensor wires that I thought were for the mouse. When I removed it from J308 pin from the DC board, the fixed cable system was wrong and the sensors were broken.
The PS18 is broken, it just shuts down and cannot be turned on, and the error cannot be removed.
Now I rewired the sensor wires making sure they were in parallel and put another sensor on and now the faulty system is gone. (I kept the negative wires where the plus voltage wires were, so they shorted and broke))
Thank you to the technicians for the suggestions.
I am sharing my experience.

You should check all the flag areas for old rubber dampers that can stick. Also the solenoids in the paper feed units especially on the older machines

Canon Ir 4570 Paper jam is not reset
I need your suggestion help now.
Canon IR 4570 copier showing paper jam in output stage but no paper in jammed area What is the problem?
I have checked everything. But if I power off the device and turn it back on, it recovers. It's not convenient to always do this every time I cut paper.
Please suggest what I should do.
