    [CQ] Canon Vario Print DP-115 (quality issue)

    Hi ,

    symtoms: Random Horizontal white stripes only on the rear side of the machine which is perpendicular to the feed direction.

    Action Taken :
    1. repalced the TTF Spiral roller.
    2.replaced ttf belt
    3.repalced counter pressure unit
    4.toner supply roller
    5.developer frame assy

    still issue remains ,and its not a repeat image to measure the distance between the lines.

    lines are appearing randomly.

    please have a look on the samples ,seeking helping hands

          I had such a problem many times, each time I solved it by cleaning the toner supply roller with thinner or with something even stronger. Before that, of course, you suck up all the toner from the developer station.

                  in this case replaced the toner supply roller and dv unit Also but issue remains

                      Remedy : Below issue has been sorted out by replacing tension roller bush(broken) in the TTF unit ,Now machine is working fine
