Sorry if this is repetitive, I am assuming you checked most of these step:

Reboot, Reset, Power cycle, Unplug/wait 10secs, etc -first thing IT people ask you to do.

update firmware -should be an icon on the screen -might fix issue and fairly easy to do

copier's toner status is good? Copier sees the toner and its an original not compatible toner so it's recognizing it has toner -good

Print something (in black& white) with lots of black toner (take a sky shot, so a solid black image is printed?) and then open the printer while printing to jam copier see where the toner is
-listen when it starts: if you can hear the cartridge turning then the drive assembly should be fine
    -then check the drum cylinder on the cartridge if there is toner, if there isn't for some reason the cartridge isn't getting charged in which case;
-check chip/contact pins for the cartridge/copier if making good contact. If there is toner on the drum:
-is the ITB is making contact with the black drum? If it wasn't, the toner might not get applied to the itb
-its possible the charge in the itb black roller inside the belt is bad or not making proper contact with the copier somewhere? i'm not sure

-if you see a build up of loose black toner then check what's above/around that area and is most likely the issue.
-there should be only 1 secondary transfer roller right? I can't think right now but check it anyway. underneath the ITB

...um I guess also check where the laser is coming from and hitting the drum; if something was blocking that you wouldn't get any image

      Hello

      Done almost everything
      reset all in service mode
      swap bk cartridge
      swap ITB
      swap cartridge carriage
      swap engine controller PCB
swap laser scanner assy with flat cables
all from brand new machine out of the box

oof, sorry to hear that -I am surprised you didn't just send the copier back.
any evidence of frame damage/damaged box?
could there be a setting in service mode where the black toner was just turned off?

        Firmware update.
Do a full auto gradation adjust -sometimes something is wrong with a board and this can correct it -though you probably won't be able to since without black it might not be able to read the first print out. So auto color mismatch?
maybe the developer bias tab for black is pushed in and stuck in the housing not allowing it to make proper contact?
