Except that other emails such as Gmail and emails other than the customer's domain are acceptable
when I coordinated with IT, the machine has to set using pdf and it already default

So something on the customer's side isn't working since gmail/other domains can accept scan to emails from the copier?

Sounds like an Admin permission, firewall, spam filter, etc issue.

A work around (if acceptable by customer?). Have just send to another email and create a forward email rule.

Are you using a email address on their own domain? maybe even try using a fake one on the copiers side (but not the authenticating email/info of course)

Do you know if their domain is using Microsoft Exchange as their email platform? Microsoft is in the process of discontinuing Basic SMTP authentication and replacing it with OAuth. Other security change are in the process that are affecting scan to email.

One thing I had seen in a recent thread had to do with the email Subject. Many MFP use the identify code for the copier as the default Subject. This can result with at first 1 or 2 emails being seen as bulk mail and eventually all emails from that source end up being seen as bulk or spam. Tell your customer to check their Bulk or Spam folder on their accounts to see if the missing email are there.

I just logged in to see if anyone else has been having this problem and noticed this thread before I even clicked on Kyocera's. I'm seeing the same thing randomly, at first they weren't going through at all but after a couple weeks the problem got better and they started going through again except to junk folders. Doesn't matter if the recipient identifies it as "not junk" either, it continues to send them there. I saw someone else say delete the domain address entirely and see if it default to an IP address. Idk, it's weird, and not happening with all internet providers.

First you can try to White List the sender, I.E. add them to your address book. That is the online address book. To do so you need to be connected through your computer browser not you email program or your mobile device. The account administrator might be able to setup a company address book that would White List it for all company employees. Also if there is an email address that is used to authenticate with, that address needs to be White Listed.
