Have you reseated the connector directly on the back of the control panel? Sometimes they come loose or have a bad connection from swiveling the control panel around.
IR105 need help!!!(again)

To 20YRSEXP and Everybody.
Today when I turned on the copier in the morning for check something for the problem that I have.
Sound from the copier normally,The drum unit can work and the heater lamps was on...and then I've opened the front door, the drawers, side doors and closed all of them, sound inside the copier still normally.
The LCD still show nothing, the green light on(main power),keypad still unfunctional.
Then I turn off the copier to reseat the RAM and Boot ROM,After I've done it and turn on the copier.
- Green light off
- Heater Lamps off
- Drum unit didn't drive.
- Only Fans can work.
What do you thing about my copier?Comment

I hope you unplug the machine before pulling the boot rom or DIMMs. If everything is dead try unplugging the machine for a few minutes, maybe 3. If it was the power supply I think it will reset. If that doesn't reset it then start with the basics. Check for proper wall voltage and follow the power until you have no power. But if you are getting no where you might want to try an all-day power supply
I hope you have a service manual, that can be a tough problem to track down. You should have power coming into the power supply PCB which sends 24v to the main controller. The main controller sends a 3.3v signal to the all-day power supply and the all day PS sends it back. Thats when the main controller turns on the boot process. The all day PS is located just above the PS and to the front side of the machine.
This was from memory so I hope you have a manual to confirm what I said, But it can be tough to chase down so I hope this helps. These same symptoms can be a shorted load as we discussed earlier. Good luck.Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.Comment

It sounds like the machine is booting up...if it is on a network browse to the machine if you can thru the RUI to see if it is alive..or a laptop with a crossover cable...whatever. Can you send a windows test page to it...etc. If it is booting up and you have communication then it is something involved with the control console or display functionsComment

Yesterday,I've checked the All Day Power Supply PCB.
The Result is
Connector J783 ( From All Day PS PCB to Main Controller PCB)
channel 1 : Standard Output 12V but actual 9V
Other channels are normal
Connector J785 ( From All Day PS PCB to Main Controller PCB)
Channel 1 : Standard output 3.3V but actual 0V
Channel 2 : RMT_1 Standard output 3.3V actual 3.3V
Channel 3 : RMT_2 Standard output actual 1.35V
Connector J784 ( From DC Power Supply to All Day PS PCB)
Channel 1 : Standard Input 5V actual 5V
Channel 2 : RMT_2 actual 1.35V
What do you think about this result?
What the real problem that I having now?
If I need the new PCB,It's hard for me to order it in Thailand.Comment

I believe that RMT 1&2 are correct. 1.35v is normal. If there is no 3.3v going back out it sounds like the all-day PS. If that doesn't fix it I would start tracking dc loads as we discussed earlier in the post.Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.Comment

I think my problem is Main Controller PCB.
Few days ago I've swap the main controller pcb with the good one ( from my friend ) and my IR105 has coming with LOGO and Progessive bar.
Now I'm looking for the new or used main controller pcb.
Thanks to you all for your help...Comment
