Cannot print pdfs from ir 3300

Hi,
My client cannot print pdf files , but he cab print other file formats like word,textpad, excel etc.

When he prints a pdf, print goes from the PC to the machine , but the print doesnt come.

Please guide me on this .

Need to know...

What PDL are you using. Or maybe commonly described as which type of driver are you using. PostScript, PCL or UFRII. UFRII generally comes standard and the others are options, but this is not the always the case.

UFRII not supported on this copier, the 3300 predates UFRII.

Is this all .pdf files that he cannot print, or one in particular? Try downloading one from the canon site and printing that one...
