This machine is jamming LTR size. The LTR-R and 17" seem to run without
a problem. Here are the symptoms:
One sheet of LTR, single side, registers fine.
When I run 1 sheet duplexed the face down
side on the finisher tray is miss registered and the last side done is ok,
except it does put a single "z" fold in the middle. When I run 2 or more, it jams and gives the code 0205, a pile up jam. I stopped the paper before
it got to the regist roller on the second pass and it was not folded. Let it
get to the roller and pre-regist roller keeps driving and folds the paper.
One sheet with go through but there is a ghost image of the edge of the
target in two places. I have tried to adjust the second side with svc
but have had no luck correcting this problem.
I am desperate to sell this unit and I must fix it.
Has anyone seen this type of jam?
