HI to all

I'm here again just to need your advice.

After i install a new drum, when i make a sample copy the output there's a vertical line. So what i gonna do is to clear dc-con and after that when i off/on the machine error 0061-0001 occurred. When i put back again the old drum is just the same error 00061-0001

Any suggestion please?
