finisher t1 on ir 5570 jamming

this finisher is folding the paper in the exit area. the actual jam occurs at the exit roller of the finisher, but i think the problem may be paper curl from the main body. i replaced all the feed rubber in the finisher, but still getting intermitent jams. what could be causing the curl? i've already lowered the fuser temp, which seemed to help alittle. the customer has another identical machine which runs great, so i dont think paper is the issue. please help. thanx

You don't give much to go on here. What have you already tried? I did have a 5570 that looked like it was a finisher jam but it turned out to need new rollers in the cassette.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.
