      If I remember one of the differences were that the 5020 is meap embedded.

              5000i also had a color touch screen i also fund that 5020 is better of all 5000series copier the 2 connectors at both side of 5000i are been remove on 5020 this realy count couse this 2 connects usualy got broken.
              there is no glory without sacrifice
