IR2016 A4 COPY scanner bangs

IR 2016 whenevr A4 is selcted for copying ,scanner goes to the full right and bangs,
A4R,LTR,LTRR,A3 ALL ARE FINE

only when u connect n/w board this problem is there,swapped ip board,n/w board,dc con,power supply board,reader pcb ETC.

any Help or support on thsi please
