smiley irc 3200 cyan color is missing in copy and print.

hi guys i try to do auto gradiation full adjust and cyan appear in copy fine after it i try to copy and still cyan color is missing i try pg print 10 in all colors cyan is still missing guys please help me on this.

Check the cyan transfer roller inside the itb hasn't come loose or replace the cyan drum.

remove all drums & toner units / & ITB UNIT/ look inside machine -make sure all the white couplings for cyan drum drive and toner are not missing or fell off

thanks for the reply guys ive change the cyan drum unit and the transfer roller inside itb but nothing improves.when i do auto grad full adjust cyan apear good.any suggestion guys?please.

yes ive try it remove all drums,itb,and the unit 1 of the machne test all connection of the wire on hv and the connector of itb on the machine.but evry thing works fine.

If the machine fails to print a color, the laser may have no output. In the iR C3200 it will not give a code for laser failure the only indication will be that the image information for that color will not be printed.

Replace or swap the laser to see if the problem follows to the next color. Other areas that could cause a similar problem are the developer bias or the primary transfer roller and or the HVT for these items that support the color that is missing. part # for HVT FG6-9673-030. The laser # FG6-8962-000. Also check your DPOT and yes DENS target and reference values for cyan in service mode.

check the white couplings for cyan drum drive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the red arrows are pointing to black drive unit / you want to look at next one over to the left of it for CYAN

hi guys good news iv fund out that the main cause of this is the image convertion board at the back of the machine above the ufr board i try to take it and make a copy and evrything works fine but but i cant do scan and print with out that board.i realy confuse that when i do full adjust on auto grad cyan color appear soo im thinking that there is nothing to do with mechanical system of the machine thanks for all your help guys.is there a wy to repaire this board?

post a picture of your pg 10 test prints & pg 5 print of just CYAN- and lets get this done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

scand 1 copy..jpghere is the copy of pg 10 there is a cyan color but very light.just like shodow only.im sory but the board i took is the resulotion swicth board guys.

I don't get it the resolution Switching Board is used for when the Color Universal Send Kit or G3 Fax Board is installed. Is this the board you pulled out to resolve that cyan problem?
