IR8500 "Close the Front Door"

I have a machine with this mensage " Close the front door". I replaced the door interlock assembly, the dc pwwer suplly pcb, and relay pcb. The machine come back work normally, but 4 or 5 hours later, the menssage appear again. I cheked the wire too. Anyone have any idea?

There are two components for the front cover detection. You have the Front cover switch SW2.
and you have MSW7>Front cover open/closed detecting switch.
Also, MSW5 is a open/closed detecting switch. This is the one on the manual feed side.
You could have a bad DC controller as well.

Hi Screwtape, I replaced the door interlock assembly, with the two switchs. I replaced the dc controller too, and when I replaced the relay pcb, the machine worked again, but 4 or 5 hours later, the menssage appear again. I think the pcb relay burned again.....
