    IR2020 Fan running

I have a IR2020 that the fan on the left side door continuously runs even when in sleep mode. Has anyone had a similar problem or does anyone know what causes that fan to run? I have cleaned out the housing and filter of the fan and the machine does not seem to be getting hot.

I never noticed before whether that fan stays on all the time. The customer claims that it used to shut off in sleep mode but now it does not. It didn't seem loud when I was at the machine but maybe it is louder than it was before.
