i presume you have checked all the bacics like carona etc

does the issue happen in multiple a3 prints or in just single a3's?

A3 is large paper i believe....you said you crashed it before fuser....was paper in fuser at all? Since these machines are famous for the pressure roll bearings self destructing, it could be that this is causing the paper to get a hump toward the trail edge....kind of like a wrinkle that isnt ironed out. This could be affecting transfer in that area. If the pressure roll has more than 350k on the bearings and roll, replace them...its a start

Rewire the coronas...then go from there.....dont know how you "check" a corona wire.... a bent transfer guide will cause deletions also

I think its more of a image formation process issue.
Yea the fuser section can cause problems fusing and creasing when bushings break causing uneven fusing ,but that image fault doesn't look fuser related to me.
That's my two cents on the matter.

Does it happen in both print and copy. and in the test pages send from the printer service mode.
