    3220 with e751 error

    Hi,

Full set of drums were replaced in an IRC 3220 about a week and a half ago. The copier had an e751-0304 afterward and has continued randomly for the next few days.

We replaced the Memory PCB and the DC power supply, the Copier was then asking for all toner containers to be fitted and then the DC controller was replaced. This made the message go away but the e751 comes a few times a day.

Today i updated all firmware and replaced the drums again to hopefully fix it.

Any other ideas? (im sure tomorrow i'll know if its fixed or not, but need ideas as they are getting grumpy)

    Thanks

When it comes back, does the sub-code change.
This error code indicates that an error has occurred during data writing to the internal memory of the drum unit. It can be displayed during a Fax reception and during auto-gradation adjustment. The code will not disappear even after the cyan drum unit is replaced. Suspect a faulty Memory PCB (FG3-2345-000).
    NOTE*
The Memory PCB is not part of the drum unit.
The Memory PCB is found on Page 107-1 item # 3 in the Parts Catalog.
