problem with paper jam in A4 size in IR3530
can some one help me wwith my problem on copier IR3530.
problem:
paper msfeed indicate at the fuser exit sensor and the paper path sensor before the drum unit, but when i open the machine, the paper is already at the fuser unit. looks like the sensor is not sensing the paper.
my problem only is in A4 size tray no. 2 but in other size like A3 or A4R this is not happening can some body pls. tell me what is wrong my machine.
