[Jamming] IR 4570 flapper pads part number

    Hey Guys,
I can see a picture of the pads in the parts manual but it is not showing a number.
I'm talking about the 2 pads on which the delivery flapper rests ( and sticks) on the right door of a IR4570.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Improving the Stability of Pressure Applied by the Vertical Path Roller to Prevent Jam Code 0105

A fault in the feeding of paper at the paper pick-up assembly causes a skew of the paper or a vertical path
    jam (0105).

    [B]Cause:
A gradually worn right lower door sheet may deteriorate the feeding performance of the vertical path,
causing a skew of the paper.
If this symptom becomes worse, a vertical path jam (0105) can occur.

    FACTORY MEASURE:

A change has been made to the member helping the vertical path roller applying pressure from the right
    lower door sheet B
to an inner door pressure plate [C]. (Change in the pressure application
mechanism of the vertical path roller).

[B]P-2 OLD TYPE P-3 NEW TYPE
Right lower door sheet B [C] Inner door pressure plate
[1] Right lower inner door ass'y
Because of the change to the inner door pressure plate, the vertical path roller pressure becomes greater,
thus making the right lower door open easily. To prevent this from occurring, the spring pressure of the
tension spring has been increased; therefore reinforcing the latching of the right lower door lock
    mechanism.

    P-4 RIGHT LOWER DOOR ASSEMBLY
    [D] Tension Spring

    3) To further minimize static buildup corresponding to the change to the inner pressure plate, a grounding
wire has been added to a screw hole on the upper pickup ass'y mount plate [E] and an access opening
has been added on the PCB cover [F].

    P-5 INTERNAL COMPONENTS 1
[E] Upper pickup ass’y mount plate
    [F] PCB cover

If you have an imageRUNNER device which is experiencing a jam code 0105, replace the old type parts
with the new type parts listed on the next page.
For replacement procedure, see the following 'Replacing the Right Lower Door Assembly/the Right Lower
    Inner Door Assembly’.
To identifying the host machine as whether it is a new type or old type, refer to the serial numbers described
in the "Affected Machines" on the last page of this Technical Publication.

Note: When this measure is performed, check to see that "Measure for the registration sensor delay jam
(0105) by the vertical path roller". If not, perform this measure.
Replacing the Right Lower Door Assembly/the Right Lower Inner Door Assembly:
    1) Open the right door of the machine. Then open the right lower door assembly [A] (FM2-0131) and the
    cassette right cover .

    2) Remove the 2 screws [C] and the front lower right panel [D].

    3) Remove the right lower door assembly (FM2-0131) [A], and then the right lower inner door assembly
    (FM20132) [E].

    4) Remove the screw [C].

    5) Install the new right lower inner door assembly (FM3-1297) [E], and install the ground wire [F] for the
right lower door assembly with the screw [C] removed in step 4.

Note: Tighten screw [C] so that there is a gap [H] of approx. 5 mm between the ground wire [F] and the
    plastic cover [G].

    6) Install the new right lower door assembly (FM3-1296) and re-assembly in the reverse order of steps 1
    through 3.
