    ir-3045 licsense issue

this customer bought this machine 3 years ago with the print, scan fax options installed and now finally wants to put it on the network. Unfortuntly it's asking for some liscenses. they can send a print job to it and it will spool then error out asking for the liscense and a memory issue. thanks t

Previous customer probably did the 'Initialize All Data/Settings'. before selling or
disabled the license key/ or never had them /

A Canon qualified technician can contact the Technical Assistance Center, and get license information registered against the serial number. They can give that information over the phone. The big catch is you have to be legit, or you will not be able to speak to anyone...
