    [Error Code] Canon IR3100C E000067-0100

The machine is complete with a doc feeder, fax, scanner and network card.
The fault is irregular - sometimes starting okay, sometimes not, sometimes after 2 or 3 reboots and sometimes more.
Bit loathed to replace the drum as it looks in good condition.
Cleaned the sensors - both of them and checked the PCB at the back for any jumping out issues - can't see anything.
Any ideas to resolve please - least expensive or most obvious first please.
    Thanks
    Ray

    E067 High voltage-related error

    0100
The measured current of the primary transfer ATVC is abnormal twice in succession.

Check on the primary transfer roller spring, Clean the position where the primary transfer roller contacts, Replace the primary transfer roller, Replace the drum unit, Check the value of

    COPIER> DISPLAY> MISC> DRM-LIFE,

and replace the drum unit if the value is near 100 because the drum may have reached its life expectancy.

      Thanks MrFixit51 will try that.
Is there a bypass for the automatic standby mode as once the machine is on it works fine?

      Cheers

Are you trying to find out about timer settings.

What do you want to bypass?? Sleep mode.

Ideally so the machine stays on (and not go into standby mode - 4 hour timer???) until the issue is resolved.
          Thanks

I'm afraid 4 hours is the max.
Disabling sleep mode is not recommended.

change new drum,it will the e067.
if disable the sleep mode, the fixing roller might more fast worn out.
              Its all from my experience.

Could we disable the sleep mode for a short time (how is this done?) until this issue is fully resolved.
                Thanks

There is no way to get around the 4 hours max, just go over and make a copy every 3 hours or so and the timer will not be an issue...

No. Just had the same problem and replacing the drum unit fixed the trouble. Follow Mrfixits advice and check the drum life and replace the drum.

                        Description
This error code can be displayed when the current measured at the primary transfer ATVC is abnormal 2 times in succession.
                        Field Remedy

When this error code is displayed, perform the steps below.
                        1. In service mode (Level 2) [COPIER> Display> HV-STS], make sure that the rightmost value for each "1ATVC" exceeds 3000.
                        2. Check the following and take an appropriate measure against; condensation occurs inside the host machine, a spring for the primary transfer roller
comes off, or the shaft of the primary transfer roller is soiled where the leaf spring for applying transfer voltage comes in contact.
                        3. Execute the following service mode [COPIER> Function> MISC-P> 1ATVC-EX (to execute the primary transfer ATVC forcibly)], and then check
the service mode described in the Step 1 to make sure that the value is smaller than 3000. If not, the drum unit is likely to be faulty, replace it with a
                        new one.
