iRC3220 Poor Transfer Print

Have 1 unit this iRC3220 print and copy with poor transfer print out.

Have changed transfer roller, ITB assembly, Main DC controller, Sub DC controller, SALT sensor still same problem. Any things else possibility ?

Have you thought about the HVT. There are four of them. Its one unit.
Also the transfer locking mechanism, does it cam properly.
