    ir8500 system

    I try to download system v.7101 to ir8500 it gave me a message( cant download v.7101)

    help pls..

      check your connections/ & cables

      first off that firmware ver. is over 7yrs. old-

      While the version number of System Software for the imageRUNNER 7200/8500/85/105s is the same, and the problem fixes are the same, it should be noted that these are three entirely distinctive System Software's, with each one being customized/specialized for the imageRUNNER that it is to be installed on.

      new ver. is 86.02
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          and RUI - language downloaded ok
