    software 6570

    I have a hard disk of the device 6570 It's working...

    can I transfer the software in it to the new hard disk

    Is there any way to pull the software from the hard drive!!

    If that does not work where I can get the software for the device 6570

    I have tried doing this Once, but it was unsuccessful
    You need to get a copy of the firmware for this device, and a copy of "Service Support Tool" (Version 4.23 if poss), and then connect your laptop to the machine and download the firmware onto the HDD (After you have formatted it with Support tool)

      I'm sure someone on here will give you the software if you ask enough. The only place to legally get it is from the Canon support site. I would not ghost the HDD as it can cause issues when recreating the partitions.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

            You need SST & firmware. If not, here is your 2nd choice, play with the HDD. working example, thought it is not for canon. http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/xe...ht=#post120158
