[Misc] CANON IR3320i

I replace HDD with new one & upgraded the firmware 2220N, after error code E602-003
but getting problems, interminent problems:-

touch screen freezes & not responsive
print jobs sent, slow & displays scanning
on boot up wait state for long time on display.

Prior to HDD going down copier was working fine & even cleaned the dimm contacts.

I anybody has the IR3320i firmware please, as i think my firmware might be corrupted and is used IR3320 not the (i) version.

Hi,

Definitely it is HDD problem only. Replace it with new HDD. Regarding firmware 3320 & 3320 System Software is same.

Its a Canon brand new HDD, so is firmware for ir3320 & ir3320i is the same?
maybe my firmware files are corrupt.
If someone has the latest firmware for ir3320i can help me with please.

You should replace 3320N HDD. If it is only 3320 hdd it is for basic copier. 3320N is for network printer. 3320N & 33320i both are same

I was just wondering if I could be a pain and get you to email me the firmware as well my work service ricoh, xerox and konica and have a few canons as well, if you could I would be very grateful and if you need firmware for other machines let me know.
