When i connect Printer controler with Photocopy ir 3220 and set IP, then i turn off and turn on machine keyboard controler not active. (my poor English horrible), plese help me. Thank you so much.

Are you shore about model.IRC 3220 maybe?

Set [3] in the Copier's service mode: COPIER >
OPTION > INT-FACE > IMG-CONT.
- Set [1] in the Copier's service mode: COPIER >
OPTION > BODY > CNTR-DSP.

Checking the Operation After Making
Settings
Print out the test page and setup page as follows to
check that the connection be tween the server unit and
the host machine is correct and the serve r unit has as
properly been set up:
1) Connect the host machine's power cable (for power
outlet).
2) Power on the ColorPASS/PS-NX by pressing the
power button on the front panel.
3) Wait for the ColorPASS/PS-NX to reach the Idle
screen to confirm that the ColorPASS/PS-NX is
operating properly.
4) Following a successful startup, shut down the
ColorPASS/PS-NX .
5) Connect one end of the copier interface cable to the
ColorPASS/PS-NX and connect the other end to the
copier.
6) Connect one end of the Command/Status Ethernet
Crossover cable to the lower RJ-45 port on the back of
the ColorPASS/PS-NX and connect the other end to
the RJ-45 port on the copier.
7) Power on the copier and allow it to warm up.
8) Power on the ColorPASS/PS-NX using the power
button on the front pannel.
9) Generate a Test page and a Configuration Page as
follows, and check to make sure that they are
generated normally: press the Menu button and, from
the Functions screen, select [Print Pages]-[Test Page]
or [Configuration].

I am sorry, I described.
When I plug the print controller in, then setting new IP then restart the printer, the printer was frozen. What's wrong with this and how to solve? (The problem occured with other printer as well).
