      fusing issue

      I would dought the toner if a bad toner get in there it would be a complete issue and usually it is not a fusing issue, more dusting or poor CQ in general. Unless there was a build up of carrire adjents on the DR blade not allowing toner to flow to these areas, this may explain the raised feel of the print.

        Ran all day Friday and Monday without any issues. Noticed there were 0 jams. Latch bracket was bent inwards a little so i reformed it. Will keep an eye on it and post if the condition continues.

              what causes the annoying 0107 by the way. had any body have a permanent fixed for this?

                New Style Lower right Door Sheet
                Replacement of the Vertical Path Guide
                Replace SL1
                Replace the Delivery Controller PCB
                Replace the 2nd Delivery Hinge
                Adjust the Cassettes so that the paper passes over ribs on both ends of the flapper.
                Update DCON
                Fixing Temperature Control Changes (Plain/Thick)raise for thick paper by 15 degrees-for plain paper (Lower by 20 degrees)

                  guess ur right... i think canon need to add one more vertical roller to hold or help push letter size paper when its on fuser assembly.
