    6512 problem with scanner lamp!!! need instant help!

    Where could possibly these 2 screws be?! I found them in machine after replaceing OPC drum unit ..

    now,when i start machine,scanner lamp start to shake,and then stop..like she cant move

    Those are scanner locking screws for shipment. They get stored in the 2 holes in the front lower left of copier. If you reinstalled them in the holes in the side of the copier the scanner wont move. Take them out. They were only for shipment purposes.

      But what could be cause of scanner lamp shakeing?

        Is one of those screws screwed into left side of copier? Have you gone into optics area to check movement of scanner manually? Have you tried putting old OPC unit back in?

          check by your self .. mby i missed something..that voice it creates,its shakeing

          and i can move it manualy normaly,it doesnt block or something

              Sounds like it might be trying to reference home position sensor and can't. Move scanner to the right and see if it goes back to the left before it starts shaking. If so, check home sensor.

                sajle su slobodne,kao sto vidish na videu,one se krecu,sve je podmazano,i radilo je jucer,niko nije dirao optiku,ne vidim razlog da se ovo desava :P ..

                        Iza glavne ploće pozada imaš solenoid koji kontroliše pomicanje leće vjerujem da ti on pravi probleme u vezi E210!

                            Nije se pokvario, nego se jednostavno zaprlja vremenom, a vjerovatno ti stranka nije prenjela informaciju da se nekad upali ta greška. Ono što trebaš je da ga dobro očistiš i podmažeš !
