Customer prints labels cut to a custom papersize. I made an custom papersize setting in the machine and customer uses an identical papersize in Word. Sending a print the machine uses the custom paper to print the label. When i adjust to custom papersize to NOT match the size in Word, the machine doesn;t print and asks for the correct size paper. I can then direct the machine to use the paper in the stack bypass and it prints using any papersize in the stackbypass at that moment.
I can conclude the custom papersize works fine for printing.
Now the customer prints everything in the mailbox. Using the same custom papersizes as above. When the customer selects the print job, it won't print. The machine gives an error telling i cannot print on the custom papersize, manually selecting the stack bypass als gives the same error.
There is one workaround: Select the custom job, together with an regular A4 job. Somehow the machine doesn't check and prints the custom job just fine. Taking A4 from the side deck and custom from the stack bypass.
Machine is an IR Advance 6075, FW = 30.xx
I already got a remedy call.
