    Canon IR 2200 Error E000019-0000

    Hi
    I have a canon IR2200 calling error code 000019-0000
    I cleared it last week and it came back again. I cleared it again but I have the feeling it will come back again.It looks like the fuser has something wrong with it. Please let me know what fuser component it could be. I would greatly appreciate it

      Hi,

      This code do not have anything with fuser.
      Code mean that waste toner bottle is full.
      You have to replace or clean waste bottle and to clean sensors in machine which sense on bottle.

          take out the used toner tank and clean the upper part (the neck, there is something round , like a window, that must be clean for the sensor to read)
