    canon irc 3200

    i have been having problem with printing, i have connected the network which is cominiucating the with the computer but when i print it does not print but displays on the printer screen waiting to print please any help.

    Power off>REMOVE AND CLEAN ends of both memory DIMM's /
    re-seat/ power back on printer

    do u have a Fiery connected ??----check open interface cable !!!!
    if so>re-set the Interface Setting from "3"; back to "0" and then back to "3". /
    follow the shutdown procedure

    u start with the Fiery shutdown procedure first/ then the printer/
    then u power up printer> then power up Fiery


    is the customer following the correct shutdown procedure ???

      Are you sure it says "waiting to print" or does it say "wait..."

      If it is saying "Wait..." you will probably have to reload the system software on the fiery.

      If it is saying "Waiting to print" in the status monitor then delete the driver and install the newest one.
