hi guys we already try to replace the xenon lamp the inverter pcb the rcon, the ccd assy. the dcon and harness all over the scanner unit with no luck. the lamp blinks 20 times after power on and give this error. any body in counter this before? pleased help me thanks.

Did you had replace the copy glass board and ribbon cable?

yes already replace the copy glass and also the ribbon cable the one that connect the ccd assy and the rcon.

Check the mirrors (3) maybe it is out of position, check the plastic slide pins if broken then the mirror will be out of position.
when the CCD cannot get the image of the white stripe on the copyboard glass then you get E225.

are you sure you put the correct copyboard glass in with the white strip?
We have had techs goof up and do this in the past.

try to carefully check the CCD flat cable installation, check the white board glass plate.the installation of the new CCD. organized to complement the existing bolt because it was very influential in the position of the CCDafter that the service mode, COPIER - FUNCTION - CCD - OKto end
